I am a HUGE fan of hot chocolate...Chris calls me a hot chocolate connoisseur. I have tried just about every brand of hot chocolate and I would drink it all day long if I could!This is a recipe I make at home, and it's just too good not to share. If you've read this blog for any length of time you probably know I also have a nutella addiction...ohmygosh, that stuff if so good!
So, I combined a few of my favorite things when I came up with this recipe. I hope you'll love it as much as we do!
Peppermint Nutella Hot Chocolate

For 2 mugs:
4-5 cups of 2% milk
3/4 cup Nutella
2 peppermint sticks or candy canes (I use the peppermint stirrers that are dipped in chocolate. You can find them here).
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and nutella. Bring to desired temperature, whisking constantly. Pour into mugs and add the peppermint. It will melt and infuse the whole cup with minty goodness. Enjoy!
