4 Days to Go...

Wow....only four days left!
(Blogger is really hating on me lately...now my pictures are small and turned?!)
I took my own belly pic today - which is why my face is covered! I'm retaining so much water that I didn't want to show it! Ha!
Above are pics of mine and Brayden's bags (which, come to think of it I don't think I need to cart his fully packed diaper bag around the hospital being as it is 5 minutes from my house) and the pack and play that is set up in our room.
Today I was able to get to the grocery store and buy a few last minute things for meals, and I had an exhausting two hour meeting. Tomorrow I need to start my final round of housework and get my hair done so that I can take it easy this weekend.
A few days ago I finally had to part with my wedding band (I had taken off my engagement ring and my other band awhile ago). It was a sad, sad day. And my finger now has a permanent indention in it from wearing the band for too long! I just feel so odd going out in public (especially when Chris isn't with me) without my ring on. Since they day it went on my finger the only time it has ever came off was to get cleaned.
I am sooooo looking forward to my induction. I am terrified, but excited! I actually think I would be less scared of a c-sec since I've had so many surgeries in the past that surgery itself does not phase me. But for now, it is a fear of the unknown. I am so, so glad we made this decision though, I know it was right for us!

Well, I am off to take a nap...I am SO tired!

It was a happy day for him when he gave us our new lives, through the truth of his Word, and we became, as it were, the first children in his new family. JAMES 1:18 LB

I AM SO STINKIN EXCITED FOR YOU, THRILLED FOR YOU, AND I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOU!!!

I meant to tell you that Chris probably needs to bring his own pillow and perhaps some of his favorite snacks. The hubbies tend to get forgotten.

So excited for you!! You are going to be FANTASTIC!!!!!

Yes, snacks for the hubby (and you, too ... after you deliver, you'll more than likely be STARVING). I always took my own pillow to the hospital, and it was so nice having something personal from home.

Praying an easy, short labor for you and a fat, happy baby that nurses and sleeps well!

Wow it will be here before you know it. I struggled for years and now have a 13 year old son. Best of luck to you and your hubby.

Popping over from Shannon's blog. Good luck with the induction. I had one almost 7 months ago now :( (seems like yesterday). Anyway, I was so nervous to be induced, but everything went fine. Can't wait to check back soon and see some pics of your precious boy! Good luck to you!

Oh I'm so excited for you! I was like you about the reg delivery vs. c-sec. I was SOOOOO nervous about having a reg delivery, so when I found out I was going to need a c-sec I was relieved! I knew I wasn't going to have to do any work!! haha! Plus, you get a little tummy tuck for free!!!:)

Can't wait to see Brayden!!!!!
I quit wearing my rings several weeks ago - I feel like an unwed mother but there was no way I could keep wearing them. :-)
Get some rest this weekend!

Oh, it's so close! I can't wait for pictures. I know how you feel about the rings - I think I quit wearing mine at 30 weeks & every time I met someone new at work I made a point to say "my husband" somewhere in the conversation.
