Today's topic is dealing with the nastiness that is cold and flu season. It’s unavoidable, isn’t it? It seems like every year my kids come down with nasty colds at the exact.same.time! Of course, we do our best to prevent the unpreventable, but unless you live in a bubble 24/7, you will inevitably get a cold!
As someone who has always had a rather crummy immune system, I do what I can to boost my kids immunities. We eat healthy (most of the time) get plenty of vitamins through their daily gummies as well as from fruits, veggies and natural fruit juices, and make sure to get plenty of rest. I’m even the crazy lady that uses antibacterial wipes on the grocery cart, and we wash our hands after outings.
