Simple Spinach Dip

This is a recipe my family has made for ... gosh, 30 years? More, maybe? I don't know, but a really long time. It's so easy and so delicious, and every time I make it, people ask what's in it. It really couldn't be more simple - it's only 4 ingredients, but so, so delicious.

1 9oz box of chopped, frozen spinach, de-thawed
1 Knorr vegetable soup mix
16 oz of light sour cream
1 heaping cup regular mayo (do not use miracle whip)

Thaw your spinach out completely. Using you hands, take handfuls of the spinach and squeeze all of the juice out into the sink. Place drained spinach in a bowl.

Add in soup mix, sour cream and mayo. Mix WELL! Chill several hours or overnight before serving. Serve with sourdough bread cubes.
