My grandpa loves to make homemade toys out of wood. When I was a kid, he made me a baby cradle for my favorite stuffed animal that I still have.
Unfortunately, he lives in Arizona, so we don't get to see him very often. But a few days ago we got a package in the mail from him:

I know it had to take him countless hours working on these. They mean so much to us. He doesn't have a computer so he won't see this (unless Uncle Mike is reading and can show him when he comes over!) but I'm printing out pictures of the kids and sending him a letter.
Aren't handmade toys the best?!
