Watergate Salad
Ingredients:
8 oz. can of crushed pinapples
One box of Pistachio Instant Pudding
1 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows
8 oz tub of Cool Whip
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Use the instructions on the pudding box to make the Pistachio pudding. Add the pineapples to the pudding. In a large bowl, mix the marshmallows, whipped cream and pecans. Then add the pistachio pudding to the mixture. Refrigerate until cool. Before serving, add a dollop of whip cream to the top.
