Monkey Bread
Recipe:
3 cans of buttermilk biscuits
1 stick of butter/margarine
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut buttermilk biscuits into quarters
Roll each piece into a mixture of the sugar and cinnamon
Place into non-stick pan (I used a bundt pan)
Mix butter/margarine with left over sugar and cinnamon until dissolved over low heat
Pour over biscuit pieces in the pan
Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cupcake Variation:
Instead of putting the sugar/cinnamon covered pieces in a pan...
Place 6 or 7 pieces into a cupcake cupcake tin/liner
Pour a bit of the dissolved sugar and cinnamon over the top
Bake for 15 to 20 min.
